School Admissions

Admission to the Olive Grove Christian School system is open to families who demonstrate a commitment to uphold the system’s Statement of Faith, dress code, technology policy, and biblical values. 

Families who are members of Amish, Restoration Church, or Fellowship Church shall be accepted automatically into the system without the requirement of a formal interview process. However, each local school is responsible to submit to Olive Grove, at the beginning of each school term, the Technology Agreement signed by all parents and guardians of enrolled students, affirming their commitment to approved internet accountability standards in the home if internet-accessible devices are used.

Families who are not members of one of the above approved church groups shall submit a full application directly to Olive Grove Christian School. Olive Grove will review the application and conduct a process of spiritual discernment to determine if the family’s beliefs and practices are in alignment with the Olive Grove Statement of Faith and system standards. If approved by Olive Grove, the application will be forwarded to the local school board of the family’s chosen location for consideration. The local school board shall have the authority to either accept or decline the applicant. If the local board declines to accept the family, Olive Grove will work directly with the family to identify other schools within the system that may have available openings.

This process ensures that all families enrolled in Olive Grove Christian Schools are unified in faith, practice, and values, while also allowing local schools to maintain appropriate input into their student body in partnership with system leadership.
